Rebecca joined MUMA as Director in July 2023. She is a museum director, curator, writer and lecturer with experience across a range of contemporary art institutions, including the Australian Centre for Contemporary Art, the National Gallery of Victoria, Melbourne International Arts Festival, and the Museum of Modern Art Oxford. Prior to joining MUMA, she was Artistic Director and CEO of the Shepparton Art Museum (SAM). Her work is grounded in a commitment to artistic leadership, community engagement, and supporting inclusive and responsive cultural programs.
