Associate Professor Jim Curtis was a co-founder of BehaviourWorks Australia (BWA) and, until 2023, was the lead of the Environment Portfolio. After initial degrees in planning, Jim transitioned to study behavioural science in his PhD. Since then, he has worked on hundreds of applied behaviour change projects, mostly focused on environmental issues. After over twelve years with BWA, Jim decided to pursue a different career, delivering training, often to academics, but remains as an adjunct to BWA and continues to supervise PhD students.
