About the Speakers
Dr Sarah Arachchi
A Melbourne paediatrician who emigrated from Sri Lanka in 1990. A Monash graduate and RACP fellow, she is Chair of the AMA Victoria Women in Medicine Committee and co-convenor of VicFEAT. She is married with two sons.
Shivani Gopal
CEO of Elladex and a leading advocate for gender equity in finance and leadership. A G20 delegate and award-winning entrepreneur, she holds an MBA and Masters in Commerce. Her work is widely recognised in Australian media.
Professor Michelle Leech AM
Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, Nursing and Health Sciences at Monash, and President of Medical Deans ANZ. A celebrated medical educator and clinical leader across Australia.
