Launched by Senior Curator Deborah Tout-Smith (Museums Victoria), Professor Andrew May (University of Melbourne) and Dr Carla Pascoe Leahy.

Dr Catherine Gay is an award-winning curator and historian with a PhD from the University of Melbourne. She is currently a Research Assistant at the University of Newcastle and a Visiting Scholar at the University of Cambridge. Alongside her academic work, Catherine has delivered curatorial and heritage projects for Museums Victoria, the Australian War Memorial, Cancer Council Victoria and the National Trust of Australia (Victoria).
